\nThe earthy notes of beetroot and wood of Mamajuana Spicy, along with the acidity of lemon, give this drink a very refreshing flavor for hot summer days.<\/p>\n

Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n

2.5 oz Mamajuana Spicy<\/p>\n

1 oz of Beetroot syrup<\/p>\n

4 lemon wedges<\/p>\n

Garnish: Melon spheres skewer<\/p>\n

Glassware: Short glass<\/p>\n

Instructions for Beetroot syrup:<\/strong><\/p>\n

3 Beetroots<\/p>\n

1 Lb of white sugar\n<\/p><\/div>\n

\nWash the three beetroots. In a blender, add the beetroots with 10 oz of water at room temperature. Blend and strain. Pour juice into a pot with a lid and bring it to a boiling point. Add the sugar, and the stir until it is completely dissolved. Turn off the heat and let stand until it reaches room temperature. Store in the fridge.<\/p>\n

Instructions for Cocktail:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cut a lemon into 4 wedges and place directly into a rock glass. Add beetroot syrup and mash. Then pour the Mamajuana Spicy and add ice. Stir from bottom to top to mix evenly. Garnish with a melon spheres skewer.\n<\/p><\/div>\n
